Entre ella la tramitaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima U ( el calor o frio que se pierde por cada metro cuadrado y grado) debe ser entre 0,37 y 0,7 W\/m\u00b2K dependiendo de la zona clim\u00e1tica en donde este la vivienda. Las zonas clim\u00e1ticas y el documento completo se puede descargar en <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.codigotecnico.org\/DocumentosCTE\/AhorroEnergia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CTE<\/a>.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"> <br \/><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>El aislamiento puede ser por el exterior de la fachada y\/o por el interior, adem\u00e1s si hay doble muro, el espacio entre ellos se puede rellenar con aislante. mineral:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>SATE (Sistemas de Aislamiento T\u00e9rmico por el Exterior) est\u00e1n formados por varios elementos que combinados dan como resultado una soluci\u00f3n constructiva con un excelente aislamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/p><p>Un ejemplo de sistema de aislamiento exterior para una fachada con o sin c\u00e1mara de aire no ventilada consiste en revestimiento exterior, lana mineral, (ladrillo cer\u00e1mico) y revestimiento interior; el espesor del aislamiento es lo que var\u00eda en este caso ser\u00eda de la lana mineral de vidrio<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.isover.es\/soluciones\/f41-fachada-de-fabrica-con-revestimiento-continuo-sin-camara-o-con-camara-de-aire-no\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fachada de f\u00e1brica con revestimiento continuo, sin c\u00e1mara o con c\u00e1mara de aire no ventilada, aislamiento por el exterior<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3dfa1f7\" data-id=\"3dfa1f7\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element Fachada ventilada.<\/strong><\/p><p>No es un sistema muy habitual el de generar una fachada ventilada a partir de un muro ligero. Son nuevos sistemas que se implementan en obra nueva, no en rehabilitaci\u00f3n. En rehabiltiaci\u00f3n se utilizar\u00edan m\u00e1s fachadas en acabado de piedra, chapa o panel de yeso espec\u00edfica (glasroc X de Placo) etc, con aislamiento interior de lana mineral.
